The PS186 bundled with Searchable PDF creation and Barcode file reader software. User can scan simplex and duplex document in one touch to create it. After files become searchable PDF, user can search by keyword or sentence to find the associate file.
Barcode file reader is a system which helps you to finish documentation archiving within the shortest time. System can scan image and read the barcode data for the default file name.
Advanced Scanning functionality
PS186 can scan up to 600×600 DPI resolution (optical). User can create up to 255 scan profiles, each profile can set different format, resolution, advanced feature and destination. For example, scans a shipment label which will automatically OCR image and be name by barcode number.
For regular use profile, user can drag profile to favourite button, and next time they can use scanner button for one touch scan.

Barcode File Reader is a system with complete functionality and easy operation, which helps you to finish documentation archiving within the shortest time. The system can synchronously proceed image optimization to obtain the best image quality and default the file name by the barcode data automatically.
For the automatic categorization of complicate documentation and data, the type of recognition includes 1D barcode and 2D barcode (QR code)
Image after recognition can be saved in JPEG (compression quality configurable), TIFF, PDF and BMP and other popular formats, the text content can be exported to files as well.
